SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR

To support our national and international growth, we are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to inspire, advise and provide successful solutions to our B2B customers in an inspired and service-oriented manner.

As commercial administrative talent, you will ensure that our B2B customers and agents are optimally supported from Dante6 headquarters. You have daily contact with our international agents and work closely with them to ensure that our B2B customers receive the best service.

You switch effortlessly between various activities and maintain an overview even in a dynamic and hectic environment. From order processing and customer questions to coordinating deliveries and after sales: you take care of it with precision and enthusiasm.

In addition to your commercial tasks, you will actively think along about improvements in our processes, contribute ideas and make a valuable contribution to various projects within the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Customer Support B2B: You are the first point of contact for our B2B customers and agents and ensure excellent service.

- Order and return processing: You process B2B orders and returns accurately and efficiently.

- Resale analysis: You monitor and analyse resale results to support customers even better.

- Exchanges & complaint handling: You ensure smooth handling of exchanges and complaints and seek appropriate solutions.

- Logistics coordination: You liaise with our warehouse and carriers to ensure smooth delivery.

As a Customer Success Coordinator at Dante6, you possess:

- A customer and service-oriented mindset

- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

- Organizational and administrative skills

- The ability to set the right priorities

- Stress resistance and flexibility

- Qualities as a team player who can also work independently

- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English

- You have at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a sales/service oriented and commercial environment;

- You have a completed MBO/HBO education;

- Affinity with fashion.
